Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) with a minimum of 2 years of injectable experience to join our team.
This role is ideal for a provider who is confident clinically, strong in consultation and patient communication, and driven to perform within a structured, KPI-focused environment.
Compensation
- Registered Nurse (RN): Starting at $40/hour + performance incentives
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA): Starting at $50/hour + performance incentives
Additional Quarterly Bonus Structure:
Providers are eligible for quarterly bonuses tied to KPI performance, including:
- Rebooking rate
- Patient retention
- Treatment plan conversion
- Membership or package enrollment (where applicable)
Designed to reward consistency, growth, and overall provider performance
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and facial assessments
- Deliver safe, natural, and results-driven outcomes
- Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation
Consultation & Patient Experience
- Lead high-level consultations focused on education, trust, and long-term treatment planning
- Identify patient goals, timelines, and aesthetic priorities
- Present structured treatment options using a “Good / Better / Best” framework
- Deliver a premium, personalized patient experience from consultation through follow-up
Revenue & KPI Performance
- Drive strong treatment plan acceptance and conversion
- Maintain high rebooking rates and consistent follow-up
- Support membership and package sales initiatives
- Actively contribute to clinic growth through KPI-driven performance
Compliance & Professional Standards
- Adhere to all state regulations and medical protocols
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on injectable experience (required)
- Proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Results-driven mindset with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume or boutique medspa setting
- Strong before-and-after portfolio
- Experience with lasers, skincare, or wellness services (a plus)
- Existing patient following (not required, but valued)
