Job Overview
We are seeking a full time or part time dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our modern family dental team. This role offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care in a welcoming newly renovated dental environment utilizing advanced technology. The Associate Dentist will deliver high-quality treatments, educate patients on oral health, and collaborate with a talented team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. We empower our providers with the latest technology—including CBCT imaging, soft-tissue lasers, and in-office Planmeca milling to deliver elite care. Our office is open Monday- Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm with some Friday hours offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, prosthodontics, and endodontics with precision and care
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using modern equipment
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and explain procedures clearly to ensure informed consent
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols
- Practice infection control and aseptic techniques diligently to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology, terminology, and best practices to continually improve patient care quality
Skills
- Confidence in dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics; experience in pediatric dentistry is a major plus
- Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics procedures, and other general dentistry treatments confidently
- Knowledge of medical records management and aseptic techniques essential for maintaining a sterile environment
