Position Highlights
- Full-time or part-time availability
- No nights, weekends, or call
- “Round and Go” model – manage your time and patient load independently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Manage admissions and ongoing care for geriatric patients
- Participate in quality improvement and care coordination
What We’re Looking For
- MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Alabama medical license and DEA registration
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a post-acute setting
- Experience with or openness to EMR systems
- Interest in geriatrics and team-based care
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
