Full Job Description
We’re a boutique medspa with a strong reputation, loyal patients, and high standards. We’re looking for an experienced injector who’s ready to own their role — not just show up and inject.
This is not a starter position. We want someone who takes pride in their craft, builds real patient relationships, and understands that clinical excellence and business growth go hand in hand.
What you’ll be doing:
- Neurotoxins, fillers, and advanced device treatments (Morpheus8, CO2, RF, and more)
- Building and retaining your own patient book
- Educating patients and confidently recommending treatment plans and packages
- Contributing to content — before/afters, reels, brand presence
- Staying ahead of trends and bringing new ideas to the team
What we’re looking for:
- Licensed NP or PA with hands-on medspa injectable experience (not just clinical office exposure)
- Comfortable having the money conversation — you recommend, you don’t wait to be asked
- Warm, engaging, and able to make every patient feel like a priority
- Coachable, team-oriented, no ego
- Device experience is a strong plus — we have the tools, we need someone who’ll use them
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus

Pay: $95,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
