Compensation
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 pay of $75/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k.

- Excellent specialty coverage (neurosurgery, neuro-interventional specialty, trauma, OB, pediatrics) is available across the five hospitals in San Antonio’s Baptist Health System and six hospitals with Resolute
- Emergent PCI and neuro-intervention services available on-site
- Inpatient geriatric psychiatric service, as well as on-site Behavioral Assessment Team to assist with triaging and transferring pediatric and adult patients requiring inpatient psychiatric treatment
