Seattle Area | New Life Rockeries

If you can walk into a backyard and confidently turn a homeowner’s vision into a $50K–$150K project… this is for you.

New Life Rockeries is looking for a high-performing Sales Estimator to take inbound leads, design solutions, and close premium outdoor living projects.

We don’t need order takers.
We need someone who can lead the customer, build trust, and close with confidence.

What You’ll Earn

  • $79K–$250K+ (base + commission)
  • Strong inbound lead flow (no cold calling)
  • High-ticket projects ($30K–$150K+)
  • Clear path to top earner status

What You’ll Do

  • Meet homeowners on-site and guide them through design + budget decisions
  • Turn ideas into scoped, priced projects
  • Present proposals and confidently close deals
  • Own the project from signed contract → completion
  • Work with crews to ensure the vision is executed

What Makes You a Fit

  • You’ve sold high-ticket services ($20K+ deals)
  • You’re confident leading in-person consultations
  • You understand construction, hardscaping, or design (or can learn fast)
  • You follow up relentlessly and don’t let deals die
  • You take ownership — not just “sell and disappear”

Pay: $79,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
