Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) who aligns with a holistic and integrative approach to care. The ideal candidate is confident in both routine pediatric care and acute visits, open to incorporating preventative and lifestyle-based interventions, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric care from newborn through adolescence
  • Perform well-child exams, sick visits, and developmental screenings
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions using an integrative, whole-child approach
  • Incorporate preventative care, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance into treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
  • Educate families on health maintenance, wellness, and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Optional participation in evening urgent care coverage

Qualifications

  • Active Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) certification
  • Current Texas license in good standing
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum of 2 years pediatric experience required
  • Interest or experience in holistic and integrative pediatrics strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
