Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Pain Management / PM&R
Location: Roanoke, VA
We are a busy, well-established PM&R and pain management practice seeking a motivated PA or NP interested in building a career in pain management and interventional medicine.
This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or early-career providers seeking hands-on training in a supportive environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
$110,000 – $130,000

PA-C or NP (Virginia license or eligible)
Strong interest in pain management, orthopedics, or PM&R
Willingness to learn and develop procedural skills
