About Us:
Hi Doc Medical Center is a growing, appointment-based clinic specializing in:
- Pre-operative clearances
- School, work, and DOT physicals
- Lab testing and basic medical evaluations
- We focus on efficient, same-day, one-stop care in a streamlined environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a flexible provider (APRN or MD/DO) for a low-commitment, part-time role with the option for remote chart review.
This role is ideal for someone who:
✔ Wants flexible, low-stress clinical work
✔ Is open to remote review of cases and telehealth
✔ Prefers short, structured time commitments
✔ Is comfortable making clinical determinations independently
Looking for supplemental income with no minimum hours required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-operative medical clearances, School and work relates physicals
- Interpret EKG and review lab results
- Determine surgical clearance status
- Perform OSHA-compliant documentation and return-to-work assessments
- Conduct DOT physicals (preferred)
- Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow
- Provide patient education, referrals, and follow-up care as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records in EMR (experience in practice fusion ,practice better or clinic sense preferably)
- Review patient charts, labs, and EKGs
- Perform or finalize medical clearances
- Provide clinical oversight and decision-making
- Participate in occasional in-person clinic days (optional)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and clinical safety protocols
Requirements:
- Current Florida Family Medicine or Internal Medicine MD/DO license in good standing
- Experience in pre-operative clearances
- Experience doing physical assessments
- DOT NRCME certification (preferred)
- Must be able to interpret EKG
- Strong clinical judgement and decision making
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Current malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain)
Workflow
Clinical team handles intake, labs, EKG, and documentation
Provider responsibilities
- Reviews charts,labs,EKG, Imaging
- Make clinical determination
- Complete and sign off on medical clearance and physicals
Compensation & Schedule:
- Flexible/PRN (clinic days M,W,Th,Sat)
- Saturdays(optional in person clinic day)
- Short review blocks (1-2hours)based on volume
- Pay per chart review/ per patient
- Optional base +per patient structure for in office
- Cases assigned based on patient volume
- Designed for supplemental income and flexibility
DOT Physicals (Optional)
In-person only
Must be NRCME certified
Additional compensation available for DOT visits

Pre-Operative chart review and clearance: 20 mins $50 per chart,Work / School Physical chart review $30 per chart review
DOT/CDL:20 mins $50 per visit in person only
Prescriptions (non controlled only) $25 per script
Telehealth for yellow fever vaccine consult $50
Experience:
- Work/school physicals: 1 year (Required)
- Pre-Operative clearance : 5 years (Required)
Language:
- Spanish/creole (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- NRMCE DOT certificate (Preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
