Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions, providing high-quality patient care, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of our community. Duties

• Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine health status.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring evidence-based practices are followed.
• Perform necessary medical procedures, including airway management, suturing, and neonatal ventilator management.
• Provide urgent care services as needed, addressing immediate health concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Engage in health coaching to promote preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices among patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in research initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and advancing medical knowledge.
• Provide occupational health services, including assessments related to workplace injuries or exposures.
• Offer specialized care such as ostomy care and pulmonology services when required.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with current state licensure to practice medicine.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in airway management, urgent care, pulmonology, and occupational health preferred.
• Proficiency in performing radiography procedures is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on medical advancements.
• Experience in health coaching or research is desirable but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $188,519.00 – $200,993.00 per year
