Job Title: Family Practice Physician (MD/DO)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate is board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and has 2–3 years of clinical experience providing comprehensive primary care services to patients. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine physical exams, preventative care, and health screenings
- Develop and implement patient care plans based on evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Complete all patient charts in the EMR in a timely manner in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with clinical staff, specialists, and management to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventative health measures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all clinical guidelines
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting will consider new graduates.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in EMR preferably Cerner Oracle
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $250,000 to $300,000 annually, based on experience
