Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Pain Management – Willing to Train!

Job Description
Our patient population is growing, and we are looking for a provider who is eager to make a meaningful impact. We are an established integrative pain management practice that specializes in a non-surgical approach to pain management. We are dedicated to identifying the source of pain and restoring function through advanced diagnostic techniques and personalized treatment plans. You will be responsible for conducting new patient evaluations and follow-up appointments, collaborating closely with the lead physician to ensure seamless and effective patient care..
We are seeking a provider who possesses excellent clinical and communication skills, and is committed to compassionate care. While some office based practice experience is preferred, we are willing to train a provider who is eager to learn and grow within the specialty of pain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the lead physician to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Manage follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Collaborate with the lead physician on complex cases and contribute to a team-based approach to care.
- Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using our eClinicalWorks EHR system.
Qualifications
- Current Texas state license and a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Some office based clinical experience is preferred. (primary care or specialty practice)
- A background in pain management, orthopedics, or a related musculoskeletal specialty is a plus. (orthopedic, rheumatology, pain management, occupational medicine)
Benefits
We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package including:
- Competitive salary of $120,000 – $145,000, based on experience.

Schedule
- Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm
- Friday half-days (seeing patients until noon).
- No on-call responsibilities.
