About I Grow Clinic
I Grow Clinic is a fast-growing concierge pediatric specialty clinic focused exclusively on growth plate evaluation and growth hormone therapy for children with short stature. Our clinic is organized, systematized, and expanding rapidly. We are looking for a sharp, people-oriented NP to grow with us.
What Makes This Role Different
Most NP roles pay you for hours. This role pays you for building your patient panel. As your panel grows, your income grows with it, on a part-time schedule.
Compensation Structure:
Training period: $85/hour while you learn our clinical protocol and systems
Once your panel is established, you will be paid based on your patient panel. This can range up to $12500 for 4 weeks.
Schedule: 20 to 25 hours per week, which includes in-clinic visits and asynchronous patient communication
What You Will Do
Conduct initial growth plate consultations (in-person and telehealth)
Manage an ongoing panel of pediatric growth hormone patients
Interpret bone age X-rays using AI-assisted software
Educate parents and patients on treatment plans in clear, relatable language
Collaborate closely with our supervising physician and clinical team
