The Opportunity: Clinic Director

We are looking for an exceptional Physician Assistant to step into a leadership role at our San Bruno clinic. If you’re someone who thrives on making a significant impact, has a passion for patient care, and is excited to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge health practice, this is the role for you.

This position offers the autonomy to deliver personalized, high-quality care to patients, and the opportunity to help shape a growing clinic from the ground up. You will enjoy 20–30 minute consultations with patients, allowing you to build strong, long-term relationships and provide concierge-level care. The role will start at approximately 16-24 hours per week, with the potential to increase as the clinic grows.

Core Responsibilities

As Clinic Director, you will be responsible for leading the clinical operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience, and guiding the growth of the clinic. Key responsibilities include:

• Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive consultations with men seeking treatment for low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, and other related issues. Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans based on lab results and patient needs.
• Clinical Procedures: Provide in-clinic procedures such as P-Shots, hormone pellet insertions, and other specialized treatments. Training will be provided to ensure you’re fully equipped to deliver the highest standard of care.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to optimize clinic performance, meet patient care goals, and contribute to overall clinic growth.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all legal and professional standards of care are maintained, including compliance with all health regulations, documentation practices, and patient confidentiality protocols.
• Leadership & Development: Play an active role in clinic operations, training, and mentoring junior staff. Help foster a positive and productive work environment where each team member feels valued and motivated.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for a motivated and proactive Physician Assistant who is passionate about leading a clinic and providing top-tier care. You should possess the following attributes:

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide a growing clinic and team.
• Clinical Expertise: At least 2 years of clinical experience in men’s health, urology, endocrinology, general practice, or related fields is preferred, though not required.
• Patient-Centered Approach: A genuine passion for providing concierge care and delivering personalized, unhurried treatment to patients.
• Proactive Mindset: The drive to take ownership of your work and contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of the clinic.
• Strong Judgment & Decision-Making: Excellent clinical judgment and the ability to make informed, patient-focused decisions based on diagnostic data and patient feedback.

Qualifications

• Active NP License: Must hold an active Physician Assistant license in the state of California.
• Clinical Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (experience in men’s health, urology, endocrinology, or general practice is a plus).
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills with an ability to manage both patients and clinical staff effectively.
• Passion for Concierge Care: Deep commitment to patient-centered medicine and building long-term relationships with patients.
• Training: Must be willing to receive training for P-Shots and hormone pellet insertions (provided by Gameday Men’s Health).
