Job Description: Element Chiropractic is looking for a compassionate and skilled Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant (CCPA) to join our dynamic team! We are seeking an individual who is passionate about helping patients achieve their wellness goals and can work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy chiropractic environment. If you are a detail-oriented and bilingual CCPA with a commitment to patient care, we’d love to meet you.
In this role, you will assist the chiropractor in providing high-quality care to patients while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You will be directly involved in patient assessments, adjustments, and treatment plans, making a positive impact on patient health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the chiropractor in performing patient evaluations.
- Help perform therapies, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Monitor and record patient progress throughout care.
- Educate patients on their care plans and the importance of chiropractic health.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes.
- Manage patient intake and consultations.
- Support the chiropractic team to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Handle any administrative tasks as required, including patient scheduling and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant (CCPA) certification required.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in chiropractic care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for patient care and wellness.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and office systems.
