Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Aesthetic Injector to join our growing medical spa team. This role is ideal for a skilled provider who is passionate about delivering exceptional results while creating a positive and personalized client experience.
In this position, you will perform a range of advanced aesthetic services, including neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, medical-grade facials, laser treatments, IV therapy, and wellness injections. You will also play an integral role in supporting and guiding clients through our weight loss program.

Responsibilities
- Perform all aesthetic procedures with precision and care while following medical guidelines
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, skin analysis, and treatment planning aligned with individual goals
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare instructions, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making
- Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Manage patient flow efficiently by scheduling appointments, triaging concerns, and ensuring a smooth client experience
- Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and participate in ongoing training or clinical research opportunities
- Ensure all procedures are performed using sterile and aseptic techniques to guarantee patient safety and optimal results
Qualifications
- Valid Physician’s Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse license with certification in aesthetics or related specialty preferred.
- Proven experience in performing injectable treatments
- Strong background in medical office practices, including medical documentation and medical terminology
- Knowledge of advanced procedures
- Excellent communication skills for client education and team collaboration
- Ability to work effectively in conjunction with Medical Director and other medical spa team members
Pay: $40.00 – $100.00 per hour
