MyMD Select is seeking a compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing concierge medical practice. This role blends primary care and urgent care, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and innovative environment. We are open to both full-time and part-time schedules, offering flexibility to fit the right candidate.

Description
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care across all age groups
- Evaluate and treat acute/urgent care conditions (e.g., infections, minor injuries, illnesses)
- Perform thorough history, physical exams, and clinical assessments
- Diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Perform in-office procedures as appropriate (e.g., injections, minor procedures)
- Collaborate with physicians and care team to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Educate patients on preventative care, wellness, and lifestyle optimization
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas (or eligible)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Passion for preventative care and whole-person wellness
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Salary
$110,000 – $125,000 per year
