Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children’s overall gross motor skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to enhance children’s independence and participation in daily activities.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support children’s development across various settings.
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
Physical Therapist Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in outpatient or clinic settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional growth and a passion for working with children.
