Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide pediatric physical therapy services within a daycare setting, allowing children to receive care during their normal daily routines for more natural, real-world progress.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, teachers, and caregivers) to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.
- Review each child’s medical history, developmental milestones, and family concerns to guide evidence-based, individualized care.
- Evaluate movement, strength, coordination, balance, and functional skills through play-based and standardized assessments in the child’s everyday environment
- Create individualized, family-centered treatment plans that support development and participation in daily daycare activities and routines.
- Monitor progress closely and adjust the plan of care to meet each child’s evolving needs.
- Partner with families and caregivers by providing education, home exercise programs, and strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
