Full Job Description

The Opportunity

We are a premier, rapidly growing plastic surgery practice in West Omaha looking to add an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to our clinical team. This is a unique opportunity for an aesthetic professional to work in a high-end, surgeon-led environment that prioritizes natural results, patient safety, and cutting-edge regenerative techniques.

We are looking for a provider who doesn’t just “inject,” but who understands the deeper facial anatomy and can create long-term, comprehensive treatment plans for a sophisticated patient base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced Injectables: Perform expert-level administration of neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra) with an emphasis on facial balancing and restoration.
  • Energy-Based Treatments: Lead our laser and light-based suite, including IPL/BBL (BroadBand Light) and skin-tightening protocols.
  • Microneedling & Skin Quality: Perform medical-grade microneedling (e.g., SkinPen) often paired with regenerative topicals (PRP/PRF).
  • Comprehensive Consultations: Conduct in-depth aesthetic assessments, educating patients on the synergy between surgical and non-surgical options.
  • Clinical Collaboration: Work directly with our Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to manage “hybrid” patients transitioning from non-surgical maintenance to surgical procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in medical aesthetics is required.
  • Licensure: Current, unrestricted Nebraska PA or NP license in good standing.
  • Skillset: Proven mastery of injectable vectors, laser safety, and complication management.
  • Aesthetic Eye: A portfolio or “philosophy” that aligns with our practice’s commitment to subtle, “anatomy-first” rejuvenation.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: Part-time/Full time available. Consistent, predictable schedule with no weekend or call requirements.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus a performance-based commission structure. (Estimated $120k–$160k+ FTE equivalent based on experience and volume).
  • Benefits: Professional liability (malpractice) coverage, and generous employee discounts on services and medical-grade skincare.

To Apply: Please submit your CV. Portfolio or Instagram handle of your work is highly encouraged.
