What You’ll Do:

• See 35–40 patients per day in a high-energy, well-supported setting

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide urgent care, preventive care, and patient education
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to keep care seamless and effective
• Build trust quickly with patients who genuinely need and value your care

Schedule & Structure:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday

• No nights. No weekends. No call.
• Strong support so you can stay efficient without burning out

Who You Are (a.k.a Our Dream Match):

• NP (MSN) or Certified PA

• At least 1 year of urgent care experience (no training rotations)
• Bilingual English/Spanish able to fully assess patients independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Confident, efficient, and patient-focused
