- High-volume interventional pain practice

- Epidural steroid injections
- Nerve blocks
- Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Perform detailed history and physical examinations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Medication management, including controlled substances
- Assist with or perform interventional procedures (based on experience)
- Provide patient education and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications:
- Pain management experience strongly preferred
- Active California PA or NP license
- DEA license required
- Experience in orthopedics, spine, PM&R, or anesthesia is a plus
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
- $130,000 – $180,000+ annually (DOE)

Pay: $130,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
