About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform disability evaluations for the New Hampshire Disability Determination Services (DDS) at our Rochester location. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys structured clinical work, predictable hours, and meaningful service to individuals navigating the disability process.
This is not a treatment role. Providers conduct focused evaluations, review medical history, perform physical exams, and complete standardized documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑person disability evaluations for NH DDS
- Review medical records and perform focused physical exams
- Document findings using structured templates
- Complete reports within required timelines
- Collaborate with our operations team for scheduling and support
- Provide professional, respectful service to all claimants

- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in New Hampshire
