Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health practice. This role includes providing psychiatric care across the lifespan, supporting patients with FMLA and ESA documentation, and participating in innovative treatments such as Spravato (esketamine) intranasal therapy under psychiatrist supervision.
We are a small, mission-driven practice committed to providing exceptional support to our clients. Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:30PM

- Saturday: 8:00AM-4:00PM
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for children, adolescents, and adults
- Manage and prescribe psychiatric medications under supervising psychiatrist
- Complete and manage documentation for:
- FMLA / disability evaluations
- Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters (as appropriate)
- Assist in Spravato (esketamine) treatment program, including:
- Patient monitoring and safety assessments
- Pre/post-treatment evaluations
- REMS protocol adherence
- Collaborate closely with supervising psychiatrist for case review and guidance
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with NH regulations
Qualifications
- Licensed Physician Assistant in New Hampshire
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in psychiatry preferred (new grads with strong interest considered)
- Comfortable working with all age groups
- Interest in interventional psychiatry (Spravato/ketamine)

This role includes providing medication management for children, adolescents, and adults, supervising our Spravato/intranasal ketamine clinic up to four days per week, and offering overall psychiatric support to our clients.
