Deliver Meaningful Care in Oncology
We’re seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative oncology team at a well-regarded community hospital in New Jersey. This is a full-time opportunity centered primarily on inpatient care, with some outpatient exposure, offering a balanced and supportive work environment.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive care for patients within medical and hematology oncology services
- Work closely with attending physicians and a multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless patient management
- Conduct detailed clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation
- Support both inpatient care delivery and occasional outpatient responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced oncology providers while maintaining autonomy in your role
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused environment within the hospital
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time schedule: 5 days per week (40 hours)
- Primarily inpatient-based responsibilities
- No on-call requirements, supporting work-life balance
- Team-based structure with dedicated oncology professionals
What You Bring
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (ANP, FNP, or NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in New Jersey (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and documentation skills
- Interest or experience in oncology, hematology, or acute care settings
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented hospital environment
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
