WHO WE ARE
We’re an award-winning TikTok Live shopping agency and studio producing high-production, high-conversion live shopping shows for top consumer brands. As our brand partners expand their live schedules and new brands come on board, we’re opening a limited number of Live Stream Host roles to be the face of these shows.
We operate brand’s TikTok Live channels end to end, from storefront strategy to live execution, and our Hosts are at the center of it all. Once trained, Hosts become trusted on-camera talent representing major consumer brands in front of thousands of live viewers. These are professional, sales-driven, high- productions where energy, timing, and communication directly impact performance.
THE ROLE: LIVE STREAM HOST
As a Live Stream Host, you are the on-camera personality leading live shopping shows. You’ll present products, engage the audience, drive excitement, and guide viewers toward purchasing, while working closely with a behind-the-scenes Operations Coordinator who manages the technical tools.
Your voice, presence, and ability to connect with viewers are what make the show convert. This role is ideal for someone confident on camera, quick on their feet, and motivated by performance. You don’t need prior live commerce experience, we train you, but you do need personality, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
The Hosts who succeed here treat every live like a real show, take feedback seriously, and continuously improve.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Host live shopping shows on TikTok Live from our studios.
– Present products clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically
– Engage with live viewers by answering questions and reacting to chat
– Drive urgency around flash deals, discounts, and limited inventory
– Follow brand talking points while keeping the show natural and engaging
– Work in real time with an Operations Coordinator who runs backend tools
– Adjust tone, pacing, and energy based on audience behavior
– Represent brands professionally and consistently on camera
HOW YOU’LL WORK
– Host shows in-studio with a dedicated operations partner
– Focus entirely on on-camera performance while ops handles tech
– Collaborate with Project Managers to align with brand goals
– Perform in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– Strong on-camera presence and clear communication

– Ability to think quickly and adapt in real time
– Sales-oriented mindset and interest in performance results
– Professionalism and reliability for scheduled shows
– Availability for evening and weekend livestreams
SCHEDULE & PAY
– 30+ hours per week (based on brand, and prioritizing hosts with more availability)
– Typically hosting for 1-2 brands per week
– Hourly Rate: $25–$30/hr + monthly performance bonuses
– Paid every other Friday
– More hours and brand opportunities with strong performance
