Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an injector with 2–3+ years of experience who is confident in their technique and looking to grow within a supportive, quality-focused environment.
You will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and customized treatments while building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments including:
- Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxxify)
- Dermal fillers and biostimulators (e.g., hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra)
- Laser treatments (if certified)
- Conduct thorough consultations, facial assessments, and customized treatment planning
- Deliver natural, balanced, and age-appropriate results
- Educate clients on procedures, expectations, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate, compliant treatment documentation
- Uphold strict sanitation and safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships to support retention and referrals
- Recommend treatments and skincare in a consultative, non-pushy manner
- Support practice growth through client engagement and optional social media involvement
Qualifications
- Active California RN, NP, or PA license (required)
- 2–3+ years of experience performing aesthetic injections
- Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers (required)
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Portfolio of before-and-after work (preferred)
- Experience with EMR/aesthetic platforms (Aesthetic Record, Boulevard, MINDBODY) a plus
- Laser certification (preferred, not required)
Schedule
- Clinic hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Closed Sunday & Monday
- Position starts part-time (approximately 3–4 days per week)
- Opportunity to increase hours and transition toward full-time based on client demand and growth
Compensation & Benefits
- $50–$65 per hour, based on experience
