- Monday – Thursday 9 am – 3 pm
- 10 – 15 patients per day
- Outpatient clinic
- DOT examinations primary focus for position
- Workers compensation cases and substance abuse testing
- Permanent provider resignation coverage
- Adult patients only with work related injuries
- We provide complimentary housing and travel

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
