We’re looking for a Medical Provider to join our expanding team.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a provider with a strong foundation in Primary Care, Hormone Therapy Replacement, and Wellness Medicine who is passionate about helping patients feel their best.
Requrired Experience:
- Primary Care: 5+ years
Preferred Experience:
- Hormone Therapy: 2+ years
- Weight Loss: 2+ years
- Functional Medicine: 2+ years
Role Details
- Type: Contract
- Pay: PA-C/NP$75 – $90 , MD/DO $100 – $120 per hour
- Hours: 28- 40 hours per week
- Location: In-person Goodyear
