Full Job Description
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Duties:
– Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults
– Perform physical examinations and health assessments
– Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
– Prescribe medications and treatments
– Order and interpret diagnostic tests
– Develop and implement care plans
– Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure team based well coordinated continuity of care
Experience:
– Preferred 1-2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
