Founded by Michelle Peiret — a specialist with over 15 years in preventive medicine and functional health — we offer personalized nutritional protocols, IV therapy, peptide therapy, intramuscular shots, photon (red light) therapy, and a clinical-grade supplement line. We serve a growing patient community focused on prevention, longevity, and optimized health.
Role Overview
We are looking for a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our in-house clinical team. You will conduct patient consultations, order and interpret lab work, and prescribe individualized treatment protocols — including hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and IV therapy. This is an ideal opportunity for an NP looking to work in a specialized, high-touch wellness environment outside of the traditional hospital or clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow-up patient consultations (in-person)
- Order, review, and interpret comprehensive blood panels and lab work
- Prescribe and oversee hormone optimization protocols (testosterone, HRT, thyroid, etc.)
- Prescribe and manage peptide therapy programs
- Oversee IV therapy and intramuscular injection services
- Collaborate on personalized nutritional and supplementation protocols
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
- Educate patients on their treatment plans clearly and empathetically
Requirements
- Active Florida NP license (FNP or AGNP preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in functional medicine, men’s/women’s health, or integrative wellness
- Hands-on experience with peptide therapy, hormone optimization (TRT/HRT), and lab interpretation
- Fully bilingual — English and Spanish, written and spoken (required)
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a boutique, concierge-style clinical environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in private practice, concierge medicine, or wellness centers
- Familiarity with nutrigenomics, epigenetics, or functional lab testing
- Passion for preventive medicine and longevity
