An incredible opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) at Black River Health.
Position Schedule
- Full-time, 36 patient contact hours per week
- Outpatient only
- No weekends

Qualifications:
- Advanced Practice Degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin
- Board certification is required
- Active DEA license
- Basic Life Support certification
