Nurse Practitioner NP or Physician Assistant PA Internal Medicine

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc.)
• Provide preventive care, annual wellness visits, and acute care
• Perform well-woman exams including Pap smears
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Educate patients on disease management and lifestyle modification
• Document accurately and efficiently in the EHR (eClinicalWorks experience preferred)
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize patient care

• Typical volume: 14–18 patients per day
• Outpatient only – no call, no weekends
• Dedicated support staff and streamlined clinic workflow

• Active NP or PA license in Tennessee
• Master’s degree (NP or PA)
• 2–3+ years of experience in internal medicine, primary care, or family medicine
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient panel
• Experience performing pelvic exams and Pap smears
• Strong clinical judgment and efficient documentation skills

This position is not suited for new graduates or providers requiring extensive supervision.
