Full Job Description
Lumina Recovery is searching for a dedicated and compassionate AMFT candidate. We highly prefer an applicant to have experience working with substance abuse and mental health population. The ideal candidate must be motivated with a willingness to contribute in different capacities. Supervision hours will be provided.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Uphold and enforce the agency’s standards, policies and procedures, client rights, and professional code of ethics and conduct
- Facilitate therapeutic groups and individual sessions for clients
- Provide case management services and referrals to community services and resources
- Attend and participate as a team member in weekly clinical team meetings
- Completing all required clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Ensure HIPPA compliance
- Engaging in occasional clinical outreach (not required)
- Other duties as determined by the Clinical Director
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters in psychology or related field
- Brainspotting or EMDR training is highly preferred
- Possess a valid intern/associate number
- Knowledge of or experience in the Mental Health and Addiction Field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Pay Is DOE
Pay: $34.00 – $38.00 per hour
