We are looking for a capable golf course grounds crew member to round out our mowing team. Full Time, Seasonal, part time position. This could be a entry rate depending on experience
-MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERINCE AT A GOLF COURSE OR 1 YEAR IN LANDSCAPING AND LAWN CARE REQUIRED
-Machine opperation experience required
Responsibilities
- Maintain the course’s tidy appearance and playability through tasks like mowing fairways and rough
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to ensure healthy and attractive playing conditions
- Follow the teams daily instructed mowing patterns by superintendent
- Maintain equipment in excellent condition through daily cleaning and inspection
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care
- Knowledge of the differential in playing surfaces such as fairway, rough, fringe and greens
- Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including standing for extended periods and lifting materials
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
