About the Role
We’re seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented part-time Physician Assistant to conduct comprehensive VA evaluations for individuals applying for disability benefits. This role is perfect for an PA who enjoys structured assessments, minimal stress, and no on-call or weekend duties.
- Conduct Clinical Evaluations: Perform physical exams, review medical histories, and complete VA-focused medical assessments.
- Interpret Diagnostics: Analyze diagnostic and ancillary results to support a thorough evaluation.
- Prepare Medical Reports: Complete clear, accurate reports using VA criteria to determine service-connected conditions for Veterans.
- Submit Documentation: Use our intuitive, VA-approved platform to submit questionnaires efficiently.
- $115,000 – $120,000 annually (prorated based on hours worked)
- Active Physician Assistant license
- Prior PA experience required
- Preferred backgrounds: Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Occupational Medicine, PM&R, or Orthopedics
