Job Title: Part-Time Wound Care Physician Assistant (PA) – Mobile Practice
Location: Jacksonville, FL (travel required)Schedule: Part-Time (2-3 days per week) | Flexible hours
Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join a fast-growing mobile wound care practice serving patients across Northeast Florida. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a high-autonomy, productivity-based environment and is comfortable managing a dynamic patient schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive wound evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide advanced wound care (including debridement, dressings, and adjunctive therapies)
- Travel between patient locations (home health, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities)
- Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with supervising physician and care teams as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Physician Assistant license (required)
- Wound care, surgical, dermatology, or procedural experience preferred
- Strong procedural skills and clinical decision-making
- Comfortable working independently in a mobile setting
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Daytona Beach and Jacksonville
Compensation:
- Productivity-based pay (per patient encounter)
