Certified Medical Assistant – CMAJob Description
ENT Medical Services is a private physician practice conveniently located off I-80 in Iowa City. Our practice has specialized in treatment of the ear, nose and throat since 1957. We are looking for an energetic, motivated CMA to work full-time in our allergy and nursing departments.
Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Greet and room patients
- Record vitals, review and document medications and patient history
- Assist physician with the evaluation and treatment of patients
- Allergy shots, allergy testing, and creating allergy vials
- Patient education and follow-up
- Provide clinical and administrative support

Qualifications:
- Nursing license or MA Certification (CMA) or completed MA program and eligible to take certification exam
- Computer skills
- Ability to multi-task, highly organized and detailed oriented
- Experience with Greenway Intergy EHR is a plus.
