Join Our Team as an RN Supervisor!
Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to help lead our nursing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our nursing leadership and ensuring the highest standards of resident care.
Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily department operations.

Ensure nursing staff follow job descriptions, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines.

Participate in surveys, audits, and inspections as needed.

Conduct daily rounds to maintain exceptional care and nursing standards.
Qualifications:
-
Active RN license in the State of New Jersey.

Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Nursing Home setting.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
