Position Summary: Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.: Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred
- Net Health knowledge preferred
