What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient urology care (15–20 patients/day)
- Evaluate and manage new and established patients
- Perform pre-op and post-op assessments and follow-ups
- Educate patients on conditions, procedures, and treatment plans
- Support physicians with clinic workflow and procedures
- Conduct occasional inpatient rounding (no call required)
- Document care using Cerner / Oracle Health EMR with AI toolsWhat We’re Looking For
- Board Certified NP/PA
- Active Ohio license (or ability to obtain)
- Urology or gynecology experience required
- DEA required prior to start
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
