Dental Assistant : Full-Time

We are an established group dental practice located in Durham, NC seeking a confident and experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. A great attitude and desire to be a team player are most important but applicants must have strong organizational and chair-side skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures
• Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments
• Take, develop, and mount dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Record patient information, treatment notes, and medical history accurately
• Provide patients with post-operative instructions and oral health education
• Manage supply inventory and restock as needed
• Support front office tasks as needed (scheduling, check-in/out)

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Dental Assistant certification
• X-ray certification (required or willingness to obtain)
• CPR certification (required or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $21-$26 per hour
• 401(k) plan – 50% on first 6% contributed

• No nights or weekends.
• Full-Time
• Hours: 8am – 5pm
