Title: Physician Assistant/Nurse PractitionerJob Type: Direct Hire / Permanent HireSetting: Outpatient – Interventional Spine and Pain ManagementLocation: Smyrna, TNSchedule: Full-time, Day Shift 8AM – 5PM (may have some flexibility for the right candidate)Pay: Competitive salary plus full benefits
The Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner duties to include but may not be limited to:- Provide comprehensive health care services under the direction and supervision of an assigned physician- Perform complete physical exams and dictate finding in the EMR as well as establish a diagnosis, create a treatment plan, order additional and/or selective studies- Instruct patient on medications and treatment instructions providing patient with education in the use of braces or at home exercises given- Triage patient telephone calls, answer questions and provide consultation- Attend required meetings and participate in committees as requested as well as participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations
REQUIREMENTS:– Over 3 years of Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner experience in a related area: pain management, orthopedics, neurology, spinal, etc.- Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner and DEA license in the State of Tennessee- CPR certification required

Pay: $110,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
