Senior Medical Assistant (salary $20-$25/hour)
Adult and Pediatric Dermatology is expanding!
Given growing patient demand and the addition of new providers, our group is hiring new team members for our 2 newer locations in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti and Brighton/Howell.
We are seeking exceptional MAs for these locations, as well as a clinical lead or senior MA.

Essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Room patients and obtain/document pertinent patient information, including vitals
– Accurately scribe/document information for physician throughout clinic visit
– Set up and assist with examinations, procedures, surgeries, and treatments per protocols, policies, and procedures
– Enter orders tests, labs, and medications under supervision of physician
– Perform some specimen collections and diagnostic tests under supervision of physician
– Provide patient education and act as liaison to patients via multiple modes of communication
– Perform cleaning, sterilizing and organizing of respective areas as needed
– Monitor and sometimes order inventory
– Work collaboratively with the other team members and physicians
– Engage with patients and staff in a positive and professional manner
– Demonstrate outstanding patient and people skills as part of a collaborative team environment
– Multitask and problem-solve in an often high-paced clinic
Qualifications:
– High school education or equivalent
– 6 months of medical assistant experience preferred but not required
– Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required
– Dermatology experience preferred but not required
– Modernizing Medicine experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time available
Salary: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
