We are seeking a skilled, motivated Clinical Assistant to join our orthodontic team. This role is ideal for someone with prior dental experience who is confident in a fast-paced clinical setting and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the orthodontist with a variety of clinical procedures
- Perform orthodontic adjustments (wire changes, bracket repositioning)
- Bond and remove braces under supervision
- Welcome, seat, and dismiss patients while ensuring a comfortable experience
- Provide clear post-treatment instructions and support
- Capture digital scans and assist with treatment planning records
- Take radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
- Keep clinical areas clean, organized, and compliant with infection control standards
- Deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive office atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (dental or healthcare-related education preferred)
- Previous dental assisting experience required (orthodontic experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols accurately
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to travel between both locations
- Availability for up to 36 hours per week
