Full Job Description

Most primary care roles ask you to manage symptoms, move quickly, and stay inside the lines.

This is not that.

MyHealth1st is a growing, independently owned integrative medical clinic in Winston-Salem. We focus on root-cause care, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and prevention. Our patients come to us when they’re ready for something more thoughtful, more thorough, and more effective.

We are preparing to expand into the Wilmington area and are looking for the right NP or PA to help us bring this model of care to a new patient population.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to practice differently—and is energized by the idea of helping build something as it grows.

What This Role Looks Like

This position will begin part-time, with the intention to grow as patient demand and services expand.

Initial services will include:

  • Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and hormone optimization
  • Essential endocrine, vitamin, and metabolic biomarker assessments
  • Medical weight loss and nutrition coaching
  • Regenerative aesthetics (SkinPen microneedling and PRF)

You will work closely with our Winston-Salem team to learn our systems, protocols, and approach—then help carry that standard into a new market.

What We Do

Our core services include:

  • Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (pellet insertions and optimization)
  • Medical weight loss and nutrition coaching (food is our first-line intervention)
  • Comprehensive biomarker assessments and data-driven care plans
  • Holistic family medicine
  • Peptides and orthomolecular therapies
  • Thermography breast screening
  • Regenerative aesthetics (SkinPen Microneedling, Platelet-Rich Fibin)

We believe patients deserve time, education, and real answers. Our visits are longer. We dig deeper. We prioritize physiology and lifestyle before layering in medications.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a provider who is curious, thoughtful, and not satisfied with surface-level care.

Requirements:

  • Active NP or PA license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain)
  • 2+ years clinical experience
  • Background in family medicine, primary care, and/or women’s health preferred
  • Experience with BHRT pellet therapy is a plus (or willingness to train)
  • Interest in integrative, functional, or root-cause medicine

You’ll do well here if you:

  • Like analyzing labs and connecting dots others overlook
  • Enjoy spending time educating patients
  • Believe nutrition and lifestyle are foundational—not optional
  • Want autonomy, but still value a collaborative team
  • Are energized by growth and stepping into something early

Why Join MyHealth1st?

  • Opportunity to be part of a new location as it develops
  • Training and mentorship within a proven integrative care model
  • Flexible, part-time structure with room to grow
  • Collaborative environment with shared standards of care
  • Motivated, engaged patients who want real change

If you’re ready to practice medicine in a way that restores vitality and helps patients take ownership of their health, we’d love to hear from you.

To apply:Please send your resume and a short note about why this type of practice appeals to you.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
