Experienced Surgical Dental Assistant – Oral Surgery

Our state-of-the-art Oral Surgery practice in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Surgical Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for a bright, energetic, and personable team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment while providing exceptional patient care and support before, during, and after procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist daily in oral surgery procedures
• Support IV sedation cases (experience preferred)
• Take dental radiographs and CBCT scans
• Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgeries
• Review and consent patients prior to surgery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of oral surgery assisting experience (required)
• Experience with IV sedation (preferred)
• EFDA Certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and calmly in a surgical setting
• Must be willing to travel between office locations from Boca Raton to Pembroke Pines
