Full Job Description
Responsibilities:– Conduct physical examinations and record medical history of patients- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses- Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment- Provide counseling and education to patients on preventive healthcare measures- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies
– Skilled Nursing Facility (RGV) visits
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with current state licensure.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for procedures, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with EMR systems.
- Excellent patient assessment skills combined with strong communication abilities; capable of working independently within a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of medical imaging interpretation and familiarity with ICD coding standards (ICD-10).
- Billingual in English & Spanish
Job Time: Full Time
Pay: $124,000 plus
