Full Job Description
Looking to hire FT PA/NP for our McAllen clinic. We only see Men and Women ages 12 and up, Private insurance and cash based only. No Medicare or Medicaid patients. By appointment only, but accommodate Walk ins as needed by giving them an appointment that same day if needed. Daily patient load varies from 18-28. No nights, No On-call, Majority of the time No Major Holidays. Cover at least 1 Saturday a month. Saturdays work load is hopefully 15-18 patients for the provider to see. We schedule you up to 11am so you can hopefully get out by noon.
Need a mature, hard working, independent, team player. We are here to work, see patients so we can pay the bills, but at the same time not to overload your schedule like other clinics where you are expected to see 5-6 per hour and 40 plus on busy days. We want to take our time and find out the problem to the chief complaint and not just manage symptoms. We sit and listen and develop a plan Versus here’s your script and we’ll see you in 3-4 months.
You’ll be trained for about a month to learn our protocols and how we approach Menopause, Low Testosterone, Vitamin Therapy, Peptide Therapy along with Primary Care.
