Office Hours:
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (closed 1:00–2:00 PM for lunch)
- Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (closed 1:00–2:00 PM for lunch)
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant. This position is ideal for a highly motivated MA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and takes ownership of clinical excellence and patient experience.
What You’ll Do
Clinical & Patient Care
- Obtain and document patient vitals accurately
- Assist providers with in-office procedures
- Administer injections and assist with venipunctures as needed
- Ensure clinical rooms are properly stocked, prepared, and compliant
- Prepare prescriptions for providers
Administrative & Operational Support
- Collect patient payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
- Set up and maintain recurring billing plans
- Support front-office workflows as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and efficiency

What It Takes
- 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Strong computer and clinical documentation skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow clinical protocols
- Solid understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
